Purchase & Shipping Policy

If you make a purchase on the Site, your purchase will be subject to the terms of our Purchase Policy, which is hereby incorporated into and made part of this Agreement. Please review our Purchase Policy before making any such purchase. By submitting payment information in connection with any such purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms of our Purchase Policy.

Billing and Payment – If you wish to purchase Products at the Site, you must provide valid credit card information on the Site’s order form. When you submit your credit card information, you give MichelleBeltran.com and Readings With Michelle, LLC permission to bill your purchases to the card information used on the order form. We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time and for any reason. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge. We will not be responsible (i) for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order, (ii) if your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you, or (iii) for any delays or non-delivery of Products that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not order Products from the Site.

Acceptance of Order – Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any order for any reason. We will not charge your credit card until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy, and your order is shipped. Your order may be cancelled in some situations, including limits on quantities available for purchase; product or pricing information errors; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required, we will contact you to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the charge.

Shipping and Handling – The prices displayed on this Site are displayed in U.S. dollars. It is your responsibility for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order.

Shipping Policy for Physical Products

      Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

      Shipping Rates, Delivery Estimates & Tracking

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on your location.
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
    • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

      Shipping Carrier

    • We ship through USPS, UPS and FedEx. With respect to shipments of Products to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to Products and risk of loss shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the Products to the common carrier. You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information, and in the event that any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to do so, it is your responsibility to pay for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied. Information regarding the rates for delivery schedules in the United States will be clearly posted on the Site.

      International Shipping Policy

    • We ship internationally to Canada, Europe/United Kingdom, Oceania, Australia, Africa, South America and Asia. Shipping times and costs for international orders vary depending on location. Please allow 10–21 business days for delivery.
    • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Readings With Michelle, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after international shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Policy of Digital Products

    • Many products sold by Readings With Michelle, LLC are digital downloads (such as eBooks, audios, PDFs, and online courses). No physical items will be shipped.

      Delivery Timeframe

    • Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an instant download link or account access to your digital product.
    • In most cases, delivery is immediate. If there is a short delay, please allow up to 24 hours for your access email to arrive.

      Delivery Method

    • Products are delivered via:
      • Download link sent to the email address provided at checkout, or
      • Login access to our course platform/website.
    • Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

      Technical Requirements

    • You may need specific software or apps (such as PDF readers, internet access, or video players) to open or use your digital download. These requirements are noted on each product page.

      Issues with Delivery

    • If you experience any problems with your download link or access, please contact us at mbeltran@michellebeltran.com as soon as possible and preferrably within 10 days of purchase so we can assist you.

      International Customers

    • Digital products are available worldwide. Because no physical items are shipped, there are no shipping fees, customs duties, or international delivery times.

Pricing and Errors on the Site – We work hard to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. If, at any time, an item has an incorrect price or incorrect information displayed due to an error in pricing or product information, MichelleBeltran.com and Readings With Michelle, LLC shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to decline or terminate any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Order Returns – You may return any Product purchased from the Site for any reason within ninety (90) days of purchase. You will receive a full refund or exchange for items in the original form of payment. To expedite your request, please include the following information with your return: (1) why you want to return your purchase, (2) your order number, and (3) the date you purchased the Product. You may contact Customer Service at 800-607-1770 for returns/cancellations/exchanges/and warranty information to receive authorization of return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. MichelleBeltran.com and Readings With Michelle, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. With regards to products sold on MichelleBeltran.com that are from a 3rd party, including, but not limited to, Hay House, Eckhart Tolle and Young Essential Living Oils, you are subject to their terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, cancellations and warranty.
