Session Refund Policy

 

REFUND POLICY: There is always a possibility that Michelle cannot read someone. In the rare case that you do not resonate with any information or that she feels she cannot read you, the reading will be stopped and your fee will be refunded or your reading will be rescheduled for another time.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO-SHOW POLICY TO CANCEL: Should you need to cancel an appointment please contact us via email at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time for a full refund. If you contact us with less than 48 hours’ notice or if there is a no-show, there will be a 50% fee. We will always be considerate of extenuating circumstances.

TO RESCHEDULE: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact our office via email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you are unable to contact us within that time (less than 24 hours) or if there is a no-show, a 50% fee will be charged. We will always be considerate of extenuating circumstances.

NO-SHOW/LATE: Please be on-time and ready for your appointment. Your appointment will be honoured up to 15 minutes past your scheduled time. After this time, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

RECORDING OF YOUR SESSION: We are able to provide a recording of your session. Please request this upon session booking.
