Our lives are full of poignant experiences. There is a spiritual space in the center of our heads from which we are better able to filter out much of the noise of the world, and more easily focus on consciously creating our experience. Staying in the center of your head increases your awareness of your body, mind and spirit.

Everything you say about being an empath fits me to a t. I worked for veterinarian and saved many animals that others would have let die, I was a caregiver and now I use essential oils to help people and just became a massage therapist. My problem now is I’m touching alot of people and I tend to feel sick to my stomach after some massages and I’m completely drained emotional and physically at the end of the day. I love what I do but have nothing left for me. How do I stop this and still be good at what I do?

Grounding, Running Energy, Prayer of Protection, and Protection Roses are few I would recommend. The fist step begins though with setting an intention that only your pure, positive, highest essence is allowed in your space. I have been able to pick up on people’s emotions all my life…..I can pick up on animals emotions and feel guilty if I step on a bug.. I have always attracted men in my life who take advantage of me…Strangers in a ladies bathroom will tell me all their secrets. I hate crowded places because of all the emotions going on….I have become ill, constant vertigo that doesn’t go away and am living at home….My mother has dementia and screams all the time…..My niece is manic and screams all the time…..I am having a hard time dealing with all this emotion…I think I may be an empath and have thought this is why I attract all this. How can I learn to deal with all the noise..

I have been inclined towards holistic, psychics, etc. Most of my life. Not thinking much of it then I have over the years got to know myself and in the last few years I have really been discovering my own divinity within myself. So much so that I have followed a course to provide the Rebirth treatment which has been an eye opener for me. Since then a lot of things presented itself to develop this further naturally. Upon speaking with a psychic last year. She mentioned that I have discovered my gift, which is empath healer.

Ever since I was a teen Id have dreams of places ive never been to and later on I would end up at that place. Also I would say something, or think of a song or a commercial then seconds after that it would come on, this Ive also experience when I was a teen till now, its even more like everyday. After my daughter was born I became an empath, I can even feel pain when its on TV, I get this chill and cringe my teeth when ever I see someone hurt. I usually know things that happen before they do. Ive also lived in many houses thats haunted through my teen years till now. Like now the house I live in I think my cat that died a year ago has came back as i seen and feel many signs and sometimes my other two cats act strangely. And now that everything that is going on now days and Ive lost my job and I have to homeschool my grandkids and with things not being normal, I get itchy all over especially my head I just want to scratch at it all the time, I keep myself clean I know I dont have lice, so Im thinking its just my nerves, why am I so much sensitive now. It seems it just gets stronger and stronger as the days go on.

So I feel like I recently discovered being a empath… well not actually. I feel like I have had this all my life but pushed it out or ignored it. Since I am thinking about it I honestly feel like my empathy is normal it’s just a part of me.
There are certain people that I feel are open and have positive energy or a easy read others not so much. And some particularly family members I can’t even block. I can be overwhelmed by the feelings and I have a hard time being honest because I don’t want to hurt there feelings ( honesty can do that) I don’t like to feel closed so things can be very confusing. And sometimes I think I may be going crazy.
I would go as far to say I can feel anxiety and sadness in people much easier than positive things or at least I notice it much clearer and right now I feel surrounded by it.
Is there any way to communicate with someone to ease there pain without talking to them? I have tried to just think positive thoughts for them and it doesn’t seem to work.
I feel like I can feel others pain from far away especially family. And when they are on the wrong path I get frustrated and want to explain but I know they don’t want to hear it.
