- How do objects feel in your hands—cool, warm, rough, smooth?
Stay curious. Let your senses guide you. Maybe you’ll feel drawn to a certain direction or notice a shift in your emotions. These small details are often the first whispers of your intuition.
Discover Your Unique Intuitive Strengths
As you explore, you’ll start to notice which of your senses feels most alive. Maybe you’re especially attuned to sounds, or perhaps textures bring vivid insights. These natural strengths are the foundation of your intuitive abilities.
Here’s the most important thing about this process: by tapping into your senses through a sensory field trip, you’re putting your subconscious on notice, so to speak. You’re telling it, “It’s time to go to work and listen in a new, heightened way.” This ability has always been within you, but perhaps you’ve never set the intention to access it. This practice changes that.
And here’s the great thing: your subconscious must listen as you do this—no exceptions. By engaging your senses with focused intention, you’re opening the door to your intuitive abilities in a way that’s both natural and powerful.
