Michelle’s Story

In her 30s, she soared through the ranks of professional women’s cycling, earning invitations to the Olympic Training Center and contemplating a role in the US National Road Cycling Team. Racing in prestigious events like the Women’s Giro Italia and engaging in mountain bike challenges such as the Tour of Conquistadores in Costa Rica and Leadville 100, Michelle was on the brink of a promising career.

However, at the age of 35, adversity struck as she was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue, forcing an unexpected retirement from cycling.

Undeterred, Michelle channeled her energy into healing —

embarking on a new path that included dance, entrepreneurship, and serving clients globally as a spiritual health and wellness coach. At 52, fully rested in body, mind, and spirit, Michelle rekindled her passion for the bike. What began as a leisurely pursuit transformed into a profound journey of self-discovery.

My schedule is never consistent. Can I still do this?

The program consists 12, one on one Zoom video calls with Michelle for one hour. These session times are flexible and we’ll adapt them to a schedule that works for you.

Are there refunds if this course doesn't work for me?

If this program isn’t working for you, we refund 100% of your investment.

Do I need to be tech savvy?

Not at all. You’ll simply download the free version of the Zoom app to your smart phone or computer for weekly sessions.
