Let’s begin by understanding how energy works and explore powerful techniques for removing low-vibrational entities while strengthening your energetic boundaries.
Everything in existence—including your thoughts, your body, and even the device you’re reading this on—is energy. Your personal energy field (or aura) is constantly affected by people, places, and experiences. These influences can either uplift or drain you.
The key is this: you are always in control. You decide what energy you invite in, what you retain, and what you release.
Also known as lower astral beings or dark energies, these entities exist on a frequency that feeds off fear, anger, sadness, and chaos. They are attracted to the energy you emit and will often try to disrupt your peace to gain access.
Recognizing them is step one. Removing them is step two.
A wise Cherokee story speaks of two wolves battling within us:
One represents anger, jealousy, arrogance, and fear.
The other symbolizes love, peace, joy, humility, and hope.
When asked which wolf wins, the answer is simple: the one you feed.
So, what energy are you feeding? Your focus determines your reality. Dwelling on negativity invites more of it. Choose thoughts and actions that reflect love and light.
You may feel:
Drained, lethargic, or foggy-headed
Not quite yourself
Overwhelmed or weighed down
Like something is “off” or occupying your energetic space
These are signs your aura may be cluttered with dense, unhelpful energies. Clearing and maintaining your energetic hygiene is as important as physical self-care.
When you explore psychic or spiritual practices, protecting yourself becomes essential—not only for your safety but for the well-being of those around you. Not all spirits have good intentions. Some entities masquerade as light to gain access to your energy.
Always begin with a protection practice to ensure your space remains sacred.
Say a Protection Prayer
Ask your Spirit Guides and the Higher Power to assist you.
Relax and Center Yourself
Close your eyes. Breathe deeply 5 times. Bring full awareness to your body.
Visualize the Entity
Bring to mind the fear, worry, or dark presence you’ve sensed. Remember: you are more powerful than it.
Engage with Confidence
Ask how long it has been there and why. Then, firmly but kindly command it to return to the light.
Give It a Choice
Tell the entity it has five seconds to leave or you will remove it yourself.
Use Visualization Techniques
Try one of the following:
Frozen Energy Bucket: Pour frozen light over the entity to freeze its movement.
White Light Syringe: Fill a syringe with brilliant white light and inject it into the entity. Watch it dissolve into peace and return to source.
Seal the Space
Affirm it may never return and fill your space with divine light and golden energy.
Take five minutes to create a method of your own using your imagination. Practice it until your third eye (your intuitive center) feels clear. Once you feel peace, you’ve succeeded.
Remember: with consistent practice, you’ll also be able to help others clear their energy.
No. A fleeting thought won’t re-invite it. However, prolonged worry or obsession can lower your frequency, making your space vulnerable again. The solution? Catch the thought, acknowledge it, and gently shift toward what you do want.
Celebrate your awareness—it’s a sign of growth.
A Protection Rose is a visualization tool that filters energies not aligned with your highest good. It creates a psychic boundary between you and external influences.
Visualize a Rose
See every detail—color, petals, scent, stem.
Make It Your Size
Envision the rose as tall and wide as you are.
Place It Just Outside Your Aura
Ground the stem to the center of the Earth.
Set the Intention
Affirm that it filters and protects, allowing only love and positivity to enter your space.
Be intentional with your words. Avoid statements like “I don’t want another bad day.” Instead, affirm:
“Today is full of joy.”
“I feel calm and supported.”
“I choose peace.”
If someone leaves you feeling drained or unlike yourself, they may be affecting your energy field. Set boundaries, limit contact, and use your Protection Rose around them.
Negative energy can linger after visiting stressful locations like airports, busy stores, or after emotionally charged events. Be sure to cleanse your aura afterward—take a salt bath, meditate, or use grounding techniques.
List everything in your life that brings joy—your pet’s affection, a warm cup of tea, dancing, nature, laughter. Keep this list visible. Refer to it when your energy dips. Feed the wolf that brings peace.
Spiritual protection and energy hygiene are lifelong practices. With consistency, they become second nature. The more you practice visualizing your life filled with light, the more that light becomes your reality.
