Everything in the universe has its own vibration. For instance, the Earth’s magnetic frequency resonates at 7.83 hertz. Earth’s frequency of 7.83 hertz has benefits on people, promoting rejuvenation, grounding, balance, enhanced memory, and more. People themselves have their own frequency as well. A person whose frequency is vibrating low likely has more negative characteristics such as low self-esteem, jealousy, fear, and anxiety. A person who is vibrating high will likely exhibit confidence, a sense of empathy, courage, and resilience. One’s frequency can waver throughout the day as energy is continually changing. However, it is essential to know how to raise and maintain a high frequency to allow manifestations to happen.

One of the reasons some people experience difficulties when it comes to manifesting their dreams is because they are not maintaining a high vibration for a long enough duration. Thus, elements of fear and uncertainty sweep in, conflicting with that person’s genuine desire to attain their goals. Luckily, there are several ways to raise one’s frequency and maintain it.

Get Out in Nature

Most people spend several hours, if not all day, communicating with other people. Take a break from work and city life. A nature walk or hike will be very beneficial for those aspiring to raise their frequency. Be sure to connect with animals and children as they help us to be fully present and in the moment! Feeling rushed to complete assignments, meet deadlines, and take care of responsibilities can create stress. This stress is, many times, linked to one’s anxiety. These debilitating emotions lower one’s frequency, making it harder for them to think clearly. Being out in nature allows people to experience more quiet alone time. This time also allows for introspection and reflection.

Remove Toxic Relationships

A toxic relationship will significantly hinder a person’s frequency. Many times people take on the energy that is in their environment. This energy can come from people who might have toxic habits such as gossiping, complaining, over-indulging, etc. Aside from peer pressure, there is also an energetic exchange involved when surrounding one’s self with people who are also vibrating lower. To raise frequency, self-love should always be maintained, which means that a person does not subject themselves to lesser treatment from anyone.

Eat Lighter

Some people attest to feeling heavy and tired after they eat a heavy meal or certain fatty foods. These foods also translate into a person’s spiritual and mental well-being. It’s essential to consume foods that are nourishing to one’s body, mind, and soul. Preferably, foods that come from the Earth.

Get Passionate About Something!

For many people, having a great job, a loving family and supportive friends are the embodiment of a great life. For other people, that’s just not enough because they feel there’s a piece missing. Many hobbyists have passions that go beyond their daily lives but which are reserved for only them. It’s their “me” time. In today’s day and age, there are countless ways to reach out to other like-minded individuals who share the same passions, giving people a sense of inclusion and community that humans hold so dear. The problem for many people is that they don’t know how to seek out a passion. Many experts agree that the trouble lies in searching with your brain instead of your heart.

Being passionate about something is a feeling. It isn’t necessarily logical. It’s something that brings enjoyment and pleasure. To try to calculate a hobby logically is an almost pointless exercise, just like asking friends their opinion on what they think you would be interested in. Only you know in your heart what you are truly passionate about.

If you don’t know where to begin, you can start by asking yourself a series of questions to try to narrow down the options. Ask yourself if there has been a consistent theme throughout your life, something you have always found yourself gravitating towards. Ask yourself what your ultimate fantasy would be, assuming money was not an option. Ask your friends how they would describe you since their answers might offer clues about your personality and perhaps provide a new perspective that you aren’t seeing. On the flip side, ask yourself what people tend to seek your advice about. Are you the go-to computer expert or sewing master?

Some people find their passion through a strong desire to help others or make a difference. Is there anything you see that makes you so enraged or upset that you feel an irresistible urge to do something to fix it? Some people are not satisfied with donating money or attending rallies, they feel a strong need to dive in and personally do their part to make the world a better place.

Think about any skills that come naturally to you, such as drawing or baking. These might be great jumping-off points for hobbies or even a side hustle. Not all hobbies need to be non-profitable, although that shouldn’t be the motivation. In an ideal world, everybody would get paid for doing the job they are most passionate about.

How it Shakes Out: You’re in Good Company

One of the most common questions I’m asked relates to the meaning of 111 or 222, 333 and so on. You’re not alone. This happens among many!

While each situation is all its own it usually shakes out like this:

You begin to see recurring numbers wherever you go. It’s almost as if they’re following you. The recurring numbers appear to you on license plates, clocks, on billboards, digital screens, book covers, zip codes, house numbers, odometers … you name it! You see the numbers 2:22 on your phone clock. You head to work and the mileage the odometer in the car reads 222. You swing by the coffee shop and in the drive-up lane you notice the car front of you has 222 on the license plate. At this point, you’re saying, “Alright Universe, what’s happening here?!” At first, this is a pleasant and welcomed surprise. You have a sense this is a synchronicity of some kind. You’re sure there is something bigger than you at work here. And, there is! The repeating numbers keep on though. In time, you notice that it’s happening to others around you. The surprise and delight turn to a spiritual knowingness of a higher power near which then turns to “I’ve seen enough … I’m a believer! Now, what’s the message Universe?”

Before we look at what the actual digits mean, you want to understand why these repeating numbers are coming to you!

Universal Matrix of Mathematics

Absolutely everything in the universe, even we as humans, are part of a mathematical structure. Look around you now, everything you see (and don’t see) is made up of particles. These particles have energy. You can think of the energy as a charge or frequency. This makes them spin. The spinning particles are purely mathematical. Think of it like this: the bottoming out you may be in directly correlates with the extent of the momentum coming to you ahead. What to Do When You See Repeating Numbers

It’s important for you to know what to do when you see these repeating numbers mean. Let’s begin!

  • When you are in a situation in which you’ve seen a recurring number pay attention to what has just happened in the hour prior and after.
  • Consider what you were thinking in that very moment as the numbers present.
  • Emotions are the single best way that our Higher Self, Guides, and loved ones can reach us. So, consider the emotions you’re feeling in the moment the recurring numbers are delivered.
  • Take a deep breath, exhale and say, out loud, “Show me what I am meant to know about this recurring number Universe.” Then, tune into all senses: sight, sound, taste, touch and smell. Let the message come to you through your senses. Trust the very first message you receive. It may be a slight knowing or a gut sense. Trust it. Spontaneous, playful, joyful and fun energies are abounding in creative expression. Wallow in them. Laughter is your best remedy now. Be with friends, family and be more social. Expression creatively forthcoming in written form such as journaling. Speak your truth; be mindful to put your feelings to words and express those emotions in a healthy way. Spend time with children and see the world through their eyes. A vacation or rest time is welcome. Nurture, personal care and rejuvenation are essential now. You’re right where you are meant to be. Be steady now and create a foundation. Ground yourself and others around you. Be pragmatic. Discipline and stability are your focal points. Be mindful that we are all one; employ the law of one; center with source energy.

It is a time of calm, go within. Make quiet time alone; pray and be in your sacred space. Listen and authentically hear as you interact with the world around you. Be patient, there is plenty of time. Reflect before you act. Nourish your body with yoga, meditation and just be. Discovery time for the spiritual you and the mysteries of the Universe. Dream Interpretation: Common Theme Dreams & What They Mean

Why Do We Dream?

We dream because we need to! We must have sleep to rejuvenate and replenish. Dreams are a part of our physiological evolvement and make up, and they are necessary. If this weren’t so, we (and all mammals) would have evolved away form the ability to dream long ago.

Dreams also help to make sure we stay in that essential sleep state. They become amusement for us, so to speak, to keep us in the sleep state. For example, when the garbage truck rumbles by in the morning, you don’t wake up, yet you do dream of the rumbling thunderstorm in your dream. So, the dream allows you to get a good night’s sleep, by uniquely blending in the exterior noises, so as not interrupt this valuable place of rejuvenation.

As we process and balance the emotions of our daily lives, dreams become a vehicle to align our emotional selves. When you go to bed feeling upset about something your subconscious will actually counter the unpleasant feeling by bringing in dreams about pleasant things. You may dream about a happy and fun outing with family, notice vivid and bright colors rooted in good feelings, or perhaps dream about animals that bring you joy. In this way, your dreams become a balancer of sorts so that you awake refreshed and with a new perspective.

Dreams also help us to problem solve. We’ve all heard the phrase, “I’m going to sleep on it.” Though you may not recall how you are problem solving, know that while in dream state, you are indeed doing just this.

What would that word have meant 20 years ago as compared to now? One might have thought of a spider web or a tangled mess of something 20 years ago. But today, for many, the word web conjures up thoughts of the World Wide Web and the Internet. Dream dictionaries are not only outdated, but they are impersonal and have universal meanings as opposed to your meaning.

Flying Dreams

Flying dreams are all about spiritual ascension and deeper perspective, clarity and knowing. We have all heard the saying “bird’s eye view” and this dream is the epitome of that expression taking place somewhere in your life.

Imagine for a moment standing atop a tall ladder. From here, you have a new perspective. Now, go a bit higher and imagine yourself atop a high mountain looking down. You have a far better perspective from the mountain top than from the ladder. Correct? Now, take yourself even higher in plane and look below from this vantage point. What is the view like from here? Now, finally, imagine your perspective from space. Perhaps you are in a giant spaceship? Each vehicle gives you a broader and new prospective entirely all its own. So, when you are flying, be it in your own body or in a vehicle of some kind there is a new and richer level of perspective available for you.

As you are in this dream first focus on trying to enjoy it. Release any fears and understand you are the captain of your dream space. Being Chased Dreams

Being chased in the dream state is very common. In almost all cases involving this kind of dream, the dreamer is being chased by some facet of themselves that they don’t want to acknowledge. In this dream, while being chased, try if you can to turn around and look directly at who is chasing you. You might even have dialogue with them and ask the questions, “Who are you?” and “Why are you chasing me?” Then, when you wake up write down as much as you can recall about the dream. What did they look like? Did they have a particular expression? Then take a moment to ask yourself why you are running from them. For example, if you dreamt of very healthy fit looking man chasing you, then you might ask yourself, “Am I letting my health go? Am I not feeling good about my physical body? Should I begin to get back to a balanced healthy lifestyle I was once had?

Being Chased By Something Scary

We all have a light and dark side. (Dark does not mean bad. Dark just means dark – nothing more, nothing less.) There is dualism within us all that is necessary part of our human nature and energy self. The tragedy here is not that we have a dark side. Rather, the tragedy is that most attempt to run from the dark side as if it were somehow corrupt when in reality it is one with us. There is both good and bad in all of us, and each has value.

Take a moment to consider now all that you love about yourself. What is it? Say it out loud. Now, consider the parts of you (the dark self). Can you be curt or incentive at times? Do you do things in excess that you later feel uncomfortable about having done? Are you crass when you could be compassionate? I want to encourage you to consider embracing that dark self in you with love and grace. It’s through that embracing that you find peace. It’s a revealing of the villain so-to-speak. In so doing, you are no longer dominated by it. Your dreams can assist you in doing this. As you learn to catch your dark side, give it the nurturing which it too needs.

While in this dream, when you are being chased by something scary, the darker self in you is ready to emerge. Take a look then at how the scary chasing person or object feels. Look at it in your dream and ask it, “What part of my dark self wants to emerge now?” and “What am I meant to learn about this side of me now?”

Teeth Falling Out Dreams

Most often when you find yourself dreaming about teeth falling out it is directly related to a need to get in to see the dentist. Yes, it really is that simple. Your higher self is letting you know a checkup is necessary sooner rather than later, so do take this as a nudge to schedule that dentist appointment.

If your teeth seem to be healthy then you want to consider the dream on a bit of deeper level. Did you perhaps say something mean or spiteful to someone and now you hold a sense of guilt and feel as though you want to reclaim those awful words you spoke? This dream could be a message speaking to such an act.

Pay attention to the way your teeth have presented. Are they crumbing or week? This could be telling you that there is not complete truth in your words or that what you are saying is not exactly what you are meaning. Are you meaning what you are saying? Are you expressing yourself fully? Do you say to people you are doing just fine yet you’re not? Remember, it is only an act of self-love to speak your heart and mind fully and honestly.

Are your teeth discolored or gooey appearing? Consider your self-talk and your choice of words and whether or not they are personally empowering. For example, do say, “Oh, I’m so ignorant…I left the house unlocked.” Or, do you say, “Oh, how could I have done that!” Learn to speak with love and understanding about yourself. Instead you might say, “I normally remember to lock my house. Sometimes we just forget things. Next time I’ll remember.”

Infidelity Dreams

Infidelity dreams are extremely common. The most important thing for you to know about his dream, first and foremost, is that your dream state is not indicative or literally tied to your awakened state. So, this means that just because you have a thought or a dream of intimacy with someone you are not guilty of a crime. Release the guilty feeling that comes from the dreams of intimacy with another.

If you find yourself dreaming about someone who is not your partner reflect on the symbol they represent as well as the feeling created in the dream. If for example, you dream of intimacy with an athlete who has an amazing and beautifully sculpted body then perhaps you need more healthy body balance in your life. Here, you are dreaming about that facet which the athlete symbolized and which may be missing in your life.

Do you dream of someone in power or authority like a police officer, yet you have no particular affinity to this person? This could be a message to you that you are feeling out of control or are losing power in your life in some way and you desire to reclaim that. So, in summary, when you dream of someone yet there is no affinity, ask yourself what the person in the dream symbolizes or represents.

Dreaming of an ex-partner is generally an indication of unfinished business and an incompletion of the relationship. So ask yourself what is still unresolved in this former relationship. The goal as one heals and moves forward from a past relationship is to find balance. By this, I mean that any hate, anger, fear, and resentment from the relationship are no longer present and as the relationship is recalled by you at any point in time, you no longer feel highly charged emotions. The relationship has become insignificant if not trivial. Your dreams will help you find this and get to the core of the issue. If you feel vengeance, resentment, or anger this is your clue there is work yet to do on this relationship. While you are in this kind of dream, about an ex-partner, say something firm to them that help to complete the relationship. You might say, “Look at me! I am so beautiful. I am completely happy without you.”

Finally, if you are dreaming about your partner with another, then you want to ask yourself, “What don’t I have that they have.” This dream is not about the person your partner is with, but rather, it is about what they symbolize. So, if you are dreaming of your partner with the bank manager, who you find as financially stable and wise, then ask yourself if financial instability is something missing from your life and relationship. What aspect of the bank manager do you desire?

Oh dear, I’m falling! That Dreaded Dream that You’re Falling

When you are having this insightful dream of learning, there is generally some lack of grounding or issue in which you are not feeling supported in some aspect of your life. Trust however that the timing of the delivery is divinely meant and over time the meaning will come.

If you find that your dream is most relevant to your past then you want to take some time to ask yourself why it is that you continue to hold onto it? Understand that your desire to hold onto something ultimately becomes you. By this, I mean that you become what you don’t let go of. This is why holding grudges and not be able to forgive is so damaging and hurts only one person, you. So, as you embark upon Step 3 and tune into the past, present or future remind yourself to eliminate what no longer serves you in your life. Be willing to set it free and in so doing, you set your own self free. Your dream may also be letting you know that there is an issue ongoing now in your life or bringing messages upcoming in your future. So be sure to consider in which place in time your dream is most deeply rooted.

Figuring Out In Dreams

Every one of us has the ability to dream. As we know, so many major creative and innovative breakthroughs have come in the history of the world in dream space. From Mozart to Billy Joel we see musicians and singer/songwriters creating in the dream space. This is also true of famous painters like Salvador Dali and William Blake.

In order for dream work to be effect and assist you in problem solving, be mindful of few things:

• You must pay attention and listen. Dream work requires your active involvement and awareness.
• Believe problem solving in the dream space can be done. If you doubt this or cast it off as hogwash or coincidence, the guidance and insight will be nil.
• Go to bed happy and at peace. What you go to bed with, you wake up with. Consciously release the angst and tension of the day before stepping into bed.
• Imagine and visualize the answers and solving of issues coming to you. Over time, they will indeed.

As a reminder,  and above all, tune into the feeling of the dream first! Your dreams are a gift. Honor that by giving your dream the level of importance it is deserving of as they are to guide you and enrich your life!

Understanding Controlled Remote Viewing

What is it?

Remote viewing or controlled remote viewing (CRV) is an advanced psychic skill enabling a person to mentally see objects hundreds or even thousands of miles away. It is an activity whereby a remote viewer tunes in to an object, location, or event inaccessible by normal means—regardless of time, distance, or location.

How does the process begin?

Remote viewing is implemented when an individual usually law enforcement, a corporation or private person/organization requests a remote viewer to look into a past or future event or request a visit to a location as it existed in the past or future. It is also used when someone wants to view or peek at something locked or hidden away. Once the remote viewer locates the object or event and views it he or she will report the revealed information to the individual. The  remote viewer does this by using a structured process, incorporating written information, verbal statements, or illustrated sketches.

What are remote viewers looking for?

Remote viewers are often asked to see places or objects situated in unreachable locations, which may be on the other side of the globe. They are also asked to describe events in the past, such as the outcome of Amelia Earhart’s last flight, or a look inside a sealed container or locked room.

The goal and objective

The goal of remote viewing efforts is to receive signals and messages from the subconscious mind, with the help of our senses, and then interpret and decode that data to the viewer’s conscious mind. The signals are said to travel through the viewer’s subconscious mind and then into the their consciousness, where it is deciphered into a form (verbally or materially) that can be reported clearly to others. Psychics with this ability are expected to actually view or see things without previous information or assistance. This is commonly referred to as being blind to the target.

You need not be psychic to remote view!

There is a big difference between psychic ability and remote viewing. A remote viewer is a trained skill that anyone can learn.

Using Your Senses to Remote View

The remote viewer relies on hearing the sounds surrounding the target and experiencing the tastes, smells, and textures vital to completely seeing the location, item, or event.

Remote viewing also relies on the viewer’s interpretive skills for effective analysis and a comprehensive reporting of what he or she has seen. Once the viewer mentally interprets what he or she witnesses, he or she must convey that information to the client. It is not unusual for a remote viewer to be meticulously trained and to have a customized approach only he or she uses to conduct a complete a remote viewing transcript.

It is not uncommon for a viewer during a session to lick or sniff the air or put their pen and touch the air in an effort to connect with and obtain an essence of what they can feel at the target. This is using senses in a heightened, subconscious way. The viewer acts as if they are at the target location and receives through their senses subconsciously.

It’s Not Astral Travel

In her book Harper’s Encyclopedia of Mystical Paranormal Experience, Rosemary Ellen Guiley, an American researcher and writer on topics related to spirituality and the paranormal, described Distant Sensing as, “Seeing remote or hidden objects clairvoyantly with the inner eye or through out-of-body travel.” However, one does not need to travel out of body to learn this skill of remote viewing. Anyone can learn this skill, and simply adhering to the structured process typically leads to successful identifying of the target location.

Ingo Swann, Leading the Way

Things of the spirit are difficult to prove scientifically, but remote viewing remains a valid practice by those who have witnessed its results. Ingo Swann, an extraordinary psychic, artist, and author has been credited as the creator of the process of remote viewing. He is widely known for his work in paranormal research for the military venture known as the Star Gate Project. Swann refers to himself as a “consciousness researcher,” who experiences “altered states of consciousness.”

Swann developed while working at the Stanford Research Institute in the early 1970s working in tandem with American physicists Russell Targ and Hal Puthoff. Swann’s experiments with remote viewing caught the attention of the CIA. In The Reality of ESP: A Physicist’s Proof of Psychic Abilities, Targ presents it was Swann who coined the term remote viewing and who also taught the army how to remote view.

Mental Noise Be Gone: Analytical Overlay

Remote viewing, like all psychic abilities and modalities, requires one to limit any mental noise (analytical overlay) from interfering with the execution of the psychic skill. This requirement is of utmost importance to the remote viewer. It is critical because mind chatter (thoughts regarding worldly concerns) that seeps into the viewer’s consciousness will prevent correct and authentic information from being recovered. The process of remote viewing involves training would-be viewers to deal with and control the pollution and illegitimate imaginations often experienced in any intuitive process. It is one’s inability to control mind noise that prevents a clear, undamaged extraction of information.

How Remote Viewing Is Used

  • Locating missing people or objects
  • Look into your own past or future
  • Law enforcement cases
  • In mining, locating things like minerals, water, etc.
  • Accessing information about a person, place, or thing
  • Seeing and recording an event in the past, present, or future
  • Viewing inside inaccessible objects, like safes and locked rooms
  • Visiting locations in the past

Steps to Remote Viewing

  1. You’ll Want a Monitor:  Your remote viewing assistant, often called a Monitor, in a remote viewing session will be necessary. Find a trusted friend to support you! The most important aspect about your Monitor is that they have a clear intention for your successful viewing of the target.
  2. Create a Target Pool: Your Monitor should choose five interesting images, preferably each unique, as this will  make it easier to assess and evaluate the often partial results produced by a beginning remote viewers session. The Monitor may select a real world image of a person, place, object, structure or event. The images should be simplistic in nature and engaging to the viewer to the extent it piques their interest and/or grabs their attention on a subconscious level. Be mindful of selecting an image that is not offensive or disturbing to the viewer.
  3. Seal Images in an Envelope: Your Monitor should seal each image in an envelope and place a random number on each envelope. You can use a random number generator for this. This random number is called your coordinate. This coordinate is the key to accessing the target with your subconscious mind. Naturally, you should have no information about these targets your Monitor selected and put in the envelopes.
  4. Your Cool Down: This is the time to quiet your mind. Make an agreement with your left brain that you’ll come back to all the to-dos of the day after you are complete. Ask all thought, mind chatter, concerns, distractions and even the ego’s need to get the target exactly right to leave now. Be mindful that the most successful remote viewers have this skill of quieting their mind perfected. Above all else, achieve this space of equanimity and a clutter free mind.
  5. Begin Your Session: Choose any one of the envelopes from the target pool. Have a small stack of blank white paper and a black ball point pen on hand. You’ll want to be sitting at a desk or table in a quiet, well lit space. In the upper right corner of your paper, write your name, the date and time. Next say outloud and while you write it down, the coordinate/target number of the envelope you selected. Saying this out loud is called objectifying data. Think of this as enhancing your connection to the target location as it serves to embed your intention even deeper to connect to the target.
  6. Relax and Perceive: Using your senses of sight, sound, taste, touch and smell, perceive the impressions that come to you. At first, these small bits of perception might feel fragmented or make no sense. Not to worry. Continue to describe these impressions you have of the first target site, event or person. Do you notices subtle smells or tastes. Is there a sense it is a structure? Is there water here? What sounds do you hear? Chirping? Wind blowing? Set you pen down and touch the air out in front of you. Do you feel something smooth? Furry? Warm? Rough? Is it cold or hot? If you look up, what do you see? If you gaze below your feet do you feel or see? You might perceive sizes, shapes and patterns. These are called dimensionals. Do you notice an emotional reaction to the target? Yes, the target can inspire emotions like joy or excitement within you. If you feel this, be sure to write this and all descriptors down. Write any and all that comes. Don’t judge it or second guess it. Just purge all impressions. It is safe to do so. Remember the target will rarely be with you think. Thinking is mind work, from the brain. It is all also fraught with ego. Rather, the target will be what naturally and with ease presents itself to you.
  7. Sketch the Target: Draw what comes to you. Don’t be concerned with what your sketch look like. This is not an art contest. Your sketch might seem meaningless or even silly as you first make them. Upon feedback, you’ll be pleasantly surprised that your sketches are a rather accurate rendition of the target.
  8. Movement Techniques: Let’s gain a bird’s eye view of the target. Ask you subconscious self to travel or float 100 feet over the target locations. What do you see from here? Does anything stand out or surprise you about the target? Write this down. You may choose to float even higher to gain more impressions from each new, higher perspective.
  9. End the Session: As you feel complete with your session, say “End” out loud while you also write the word down just like you did with the coordinate. Next, jot down the time. Your session is complete. One way to know you are complete is that impressions no longer flow to you effortlessly and you have a sense you are searching or looking for more.
  10. Summary: Write a brief summary of what you perceived.
  11. Feedback: Pull the image from the envelope and see how you did. Take your time to really look at the sketched, dimensionals, colors and sensory information you perceived and compare it to your notes. You may be delightfully surprised at the outcome. Make note of all things that were correct.
  12. Stay Consistent & Repeat: The main point of remote viewing is to learn about yourself, not just to be accurate. Remember that remote viewing is an ability you may cultivate. Repeat the process above for the remaining targets in the envelope.

Be mindful of letting go of being right! The need to be right is pure ego. Most important, have fun! This unconscious data is coming from your mind and autonomic nervous system. Remember that your unconscious is ever present and aware of all that is, all the ever was, and all that ever will be. Your subconscious knows what is that target location and it merely need now link with the target location. Trust your subconscious has got this and let the process happen. It is a subtle process that has a life force all its own. It does not need the help of your ego. It need only your subconscious self set free. Even the very best remote viewers may not connect with the target from time to time. So, if you didn’t connect with anything in the photo it’s normal and is okay. Move to your next envelope and coordinate. The most important aspect of remote viewing is self actualization – to learn about yourself. It is not solely about being being accurate. Remote viewing is an ability you cultivate and grows stronger over time with you intention, practice and consistency.

What Psychic Ability Is and Is Not: Signs You’re Psychic

A Word About Psychic Ability and Intuition

The steps we take on life’s journey are fraught with ups and downs, misconceptions and falsehoods, unexpected realizations and unprecedented understandings. Life is learning. Even our ability to observe firsthand events correctly is impacted by the inability of our brains to record more than five specific facts at one time. The other facts—rightly or wrongly remembered—are filtered out of our recollection. Our observations are also influenced by our worldview and past influences, not actual facts. The realm of psychic and otherworldly happenings, like our observations, can’t be definitively defined. But in spite of that, the world of psychic phenomena has thousands of followers, and the people who believe in an active, unseen world practice its teachings.

What we do know about this area of life is that such belief structures are part of our culture. The world of active spirituality, of psychic seeing, mediumship, and other psychic modalities, is growing. Just as many people are interested in religious principles and inspirations, many are interested in the mysterious realm of the supernatural. In the past, people thought something was wrong with anyone who thought about psychic or spiritual matters. Now people are curious. They are in the midst of reconsidering any information they’ve learned about the universe and the world of the unseen. There is a new wave of investigation into such things as intuition, hunches, instinct, unusual awareness, and the possibility of a sixth sense.

Insightful Perspectives About Intuition & Psychic Functioning

Malcolm Gladwell, in his book Blink: The Power of Thinking without Thinking takes a long, hard look at the power and presence of the seldom-understood phenomenon we call intuition. We can’t conclusively explain intuition, but researchers like Gladwell have taken a stab at it. His argument suggests our mental processes work quickly and automatically, using an overabundance of information acquired over a lifetime. He puts forth a theory that expert judgment and instantaneous decisions are often accurate without the benefit of extensive knowledge. He also looks into factors that prevent us from using our intuition knowingly and investigates the influences that appear to destroy this mechanism of human intuition.

Others also believe intuition is the result of a lifetime of experiences—an exposure to information residing in our subconscious until the accumulation of that information can be used. These people believe our minds have the ability to archive all types of information we don’t log in on a conscious level. They believe we pick up information subconsciously, never really comprehending it—body language, tone of voice, a particular look, or something out of place—and this is the root of intuition.

To others, however, intuition is a knowing or sensing that comes from within because we are a part of a universal mind, and it comes without the benefit of rational explanation. They believe intuition is an unnamed something that operates beneath our layers of logic, something that works as our conscious and unconscious minds communicate in unexpected ways, an unconscious reasoning that propels us to do things without telling us why or how. In the book Steve Jobs, by Walter Isaacson, Jobs, an inventor and pioneer of the computer revolution, called intuition, “more powerful than intellect.” Intuition, for both camps, is the sum of our intellectual ability, acquired knowledge, past experiences, and sensory perceptions. For some, it also includes psychic input.

What Psychic Ability Is and Is Not

Instinct

Instinct is an internally driven, fixed pattern of behavior exhibited in animals in response to a specific stimulus. It is an inborn impulse, a motivation to action. Salmon swim upstream and fight strong river currents in response to a compulsion to return to their birthplaces and spawn a new generation. Salmon do this in response to instinct, not intuition. Intuition is an experience unique to humans.

Mental Sensories

Intuition not only uses our mental senses to inform us, but it also uses our bodies to send us unique messages. You may have heard it said, “He makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.” That is intuition using your physical body to signal something may be wrong or needs your attention. It may be telling you the person or situation in question is unsafe. Intuition might be a tingle, a feeling in your stomach, or an unsettling emotion. It is intuition sending you a message.

Science or Spiritual?

To people like Gladwell, intuition and foreknowledge are scientific in nature. To those who believe in otherworldly existences, it is spiritual. While it may seem incompatible to forge a link between the common, everyday experiences of intuition and the trained and developed powers of a psychic, psychics tell us intuition is the foundation upon which psychic abilities are built.

A Worthy Compass

Regardless of where the truth lies on this issue, our culture actively encourages us to rely on rational judgment as the only true expression of reality. We know, however, that purely rational assessments aren’t always accurate. We have all experienced instances where emotional input has aided in the discovery of a truth or the reality of an event or situation. Intuition is a worthwhile guide for evaluating situations and informing decisions. It has the ability to take us to unexpected destinations without the benefit of logic.

Signs You’re Intuitive or Psychic

If you have ever had a gut feeling that turned out to be true or had a sudden impulse to do or not do something but later discovered you should have listened, you were using the intuitive insights with which we are all endowed. Given that intuition lives in the realm of the unexplained, you may be able to conclude (in a broad sense) that you already have the foundation for acquiring psychic abilities. All individuals are born with a tendency toward a psychic mind, whether they know it or not or believe it or not.   • Awaken at the 2 am hour feeling restless, anxious or ready to get up
  • Crowded or loud, busy places are overwhelming
  • Psychic ability is in the family and/or generational
  • A natural affinity and connection with animals
  • Find themselves rooting for the losing team or the underdog in a situation
  • Observe everything around them and attempt to make sense of what they see
  • Pay attention to their dreams, have vivid dreams and understand truth can be found in the spirit world as well as the physical world

It is quite possible for individuals to make the conscious decision to develop, rekindle, or magnify the powers of their intuitive voices, their psychic minds. The path to the supernatural world of the psychic begins by expanding and fine-tuning intuition and then paying close attention to the seen and unseen worlds that surround us. Low Vibration Entity Eviction & Removal 

Toxic, low vibration energies have no place in your life. You and you alone control what comes into your world, literally and energetically. This simple awareness will allow you to attract good experiences, people and energies going forward.

You control the energy that you allow in as well as the energy you choose to hold on to.

What are darker forces, lower astral beings? Why are they here? How do we evict an entity? As there is light, there is dark. What Are You Feeding? A Wonderful Cherokee Story

A wise old man is talking to his grandson. He explains that there is a terrible battle between two wolves takes place every day inside all people.

These two animals symbolize two opposing forces. One is evil, the old man tells his grandson. It is anger. It is envy, greed, arrogance and sadness. It’s the feeling of inferiority and the ego. The other force is kindness, joy, love, hope, serenity, humility, compassion, and peace.

The grandfather explains that the two wolves battle within each of us every day.

When the young Cherokee boy asked his grandfather, which wolf will win the battle, the grandfather responded simply. “The one you feed will win.

Which “wolf” are you feeding?

Wherever you put your focus is what you will attract. Ask yourself, are you focusing on what’s good in your life – or are you letting toxic relationships, thoughts and things hold you back?

There is a layer of energy that surrounds your physical body. This energy field is called the aura. Do you feel out of sorts, not yourself, like something is in your space or even like you can’t function? This can be because this auric field is cluttered with energy gunk. You may not understand why lethargic feelings or defeated thoughts are present. You might even feel you are somehow bringing low energy as if you were a magnet for dark energy and/or negativity. So, caring for your auric field becomes as important as caring for your physical body. It will require taking your power back, cleaning your energy body and evicting low entities or energies.

The Necessity of Protection

While there is much that is positive about working with psychic Sense-Abilities, there are areas of caution. It is essential and compulsory that, when delving into the world of psychic phenomena, you recognize the need for spiritual, mental, and physical protection. Protection must be considered, not only for yourself but for the safety of your loved ones. There are, we regret to say, spirits of lower vibration, whose only reason for existing is to spread chaos and turmoil. They are spirits that want nothing more than to bring negative energy and negative situations into your life and
surroundings.

It is important to know, when you are dealing with spirits or working to connect with them, there are good spirits and not so good spirits. The difficulty inherent in this situation is that you may not always know (at least right away) with which type of spirit you are dealing. You won’t know the intention of a spirit until you make contact with it. Even if your goal is to connect with a spirit you already know is good, it is possible that a lower vibration spirit will intervene.

Steps to Remove Low Vibration Entities

  1. Say your prayer of protection and ask your Guides to help.
  2. Relax, close your eyes and take 5 deep breaths to relax your body. Breathe in through your nose and out your mouth. Bring your awareness to the sensations in your body and make note of the different sensations you feel.
  3. Now imagine a suspicious entity, or dark entity in your mind’s eye, or picture a fear or worry that has been plaguing you for quite some time. Remember you have more power than it does. Physical beings have more power than Spirit Beings. The dark forces feed off our energy and will try and create situations so you are sad, upset or angry. This provides a situation where the dark force can feed. The dark force may attempt to disrupt your visualizations by means of intimidating, and trying to frighten you. You are ever safe, protected in the golden divine energy of the Higher in this work. You are in charge and must be heard.
  4. Ask the dark force, or fear how long it has been with you and why. It’s okay to be curious. Tell it that it’s time to go back to the white light where it originally came from, and you will give it 5 seconds to choose to leave on its own, or that you will proceed with the removal.
  5. Demand that it never returns to you. It must listen to you.

Many times as we get rid of a dark force, it will manipulate our visualization to disrupt the process. You might also now try this now:

  1. Imagine that you have a bucket of “frozen energy”. Pour this over the head and body of the entity, so that it can no longer interfere. Now, the entity has no power to move, change or disrupt your visualization.

Or,

  1. Imagine a giant syringe and needle.
  2. Picture the syringe filling up with brilliant white light and tell the entity you are planning on injecting it with the needle. Usually, the entity or fear will disappear immediately. If you have a strong willed one present, he will still stick around and challenge you.
  3. Imagine the enormous needle entering the Spirit body and slowly squeezing the white light into it.
  4. Watch as the white light, engulfs the entity from head to toe. The entity is at peace now and is returning to the place it came from.

Congratulations on your first low vibration eviction! You will use any one of these techniques on future clients to help them heal or in your dreams or during meditation to evict low vibration entities.

Some Homework for You!

Create a few techniques of your own using imagination on how to evict or get rid of a dark force, or lower astral entity. Spend 5 minutes using your new technique to get rid of one. When you see your third eye is clear of all beings, you know you have succeeded. Feel your newfound strength of being able to rid yourself of them anytime you want. And know that you are also able to help clients rid themselves of these pests.

Student Question: Does thinking about the entity invite them back?

Good question! No, it sure does not.

The thought of the low energy does not invite it back in the strictest sense, particularly short fleeting or momentary thoughts. Darker entities don’t just show up because you think of them. Your continued thought and worry, over time, however brings the low energy ‘in general’ to your space and you will then see it manifest in a variety of ways like repeated negative people in your life, or one thing after the other going wrong. The important thing is to catch yourself after that fleeting thought. Then, honor yourself for catching yourself: you cannot shift away from something that is not serving you if you can’t see you’re doing it. So, bravo to you for catching yourself in that brief thought of the low energy! Then, simply shift into new and better thought of what you do desire.

The Protection Rose to Support You

As you proceed along your path of universal connections and higher planes of existence, you will be more aware of the myriad of spiritual energies around you. You will be exposed to new realms of being, and as a consequence, you will become more sensitive to their vibrations. This increase in awareness will bring increased vulnerabilities. Therefore, it is necessary for you to create a safe space, where positive energy can dwell and negative energy is forbidden.

Psychic Ability Happens Through Your Senses (Sense-Abilities)

All Sense-Abilities are avenues by which to see the world as it really is. Psychic abilities without a purposeful intention to do good for others are skills that can be learned and, as such, are merely skills. Skills are just that—skills. But first things first. Decide the focus your psychic ability will take. Connecting with your higher self, your sixth sense, and the spirit world requires the use of all your senses: taste, touch, smell, hearing, and sight. These senses are the doorways through which your connection with your intuitive, psychic self develops. Through your Sense-Abilities, you take your physical senses to a higher spiritual level. The first thing to do before attempting to invest in any kind of formal training is to get a sense of your own inner Sense-Abilities. Start by taking time to increase awareness of everything around you. Try taking a sensory field trip—a time when all you do is practice awareness. Go to a zoo, the woods, your local grocery store, or farmer’s market. Take time to notice everything there. Take thirty to forty minutes to wander around. What is happening all around you? Is it colder or warmer in certain parts of the store? What are you feeling on the inside of your body? What are you feeling on the outside of your body? Are you drawn to look up, down, or to the side for any reason? If so, ask yourself why. It is important to notice direction because of the way things present; looking from top to bottom, from right or left matters.

Take into account how you are feeling along the way; attempt to ascertain what reactions you are having and why. Keep track of what keeps you from focusing and what may be the cure. Focus on the smallest details; write down every experience as you go, but don’t allow your writing to distract you. Jot down just a word or two to remind you of each experience. You can focus on the writing later.

Noticing directions is important, as directional messages are correlated with time. For example, something presenting from the left can mean it is linked to the past, from the middle, a link to the present, and from the right, a future connection.

The sensory field trip will help you access which Sense-Abilities you are predisposed to practice. You will get a sense of what your innate talents are. Each of the Sense-Abilities is a complementary tool, available to psychics through the way they access information— information which can’t be learned any other way.

Wait, I Can Have Two or More Gifts? … Yes! 

It is possible you will find what particular affinity you have for one or several Sense-Abilities. You will find those Sense-Abilities form the foundation for your activities with clients. You will also find that each Sense-Ability grows in development and intensity. Be aware of what kind of information is most likely to be revealed to you and through which Sense-Ability it is most likely to come. Remember not to dismiss anything that is unfamiliar or strange. Be bold and open to what was previously closed to you.

Once you have determined which sense is the strongest for you, sit in a comfortable, quiet position. Become aware of your body and your breathing. Breathe in and out slowly for a minute or so. Then, give attention to the Sense-Ability with which you connect the strongest. Next, simultaneously be mindful of your breath and your Sense-Ability, as if they were one. If hearing is the most prominent of your senses, then focus your attention on your ears. Breathe in and out slowly, focusing for several minutes on the fact that you and your ears are one. If your Sense-Ability is Taste Reception, focus on your tongue, and exhale and inhale as you do so. Each day, when it comes to your attention, take time to repeat this exercise with your dominant Sense-Ability in mind. Concentration will make your particular Sense-Ability more firmly instilled in your mind.

Become comfortable with your hunches, gut and natural sense of knowing. Learn to trust this. If something doesn’t feel right, chances are it isn’t. What may be right for one person may be totally wrong for another. We have all experienced times when a feeling deep in the stomach compels us to take action. If we don’t listen to this prompting, we might feel as though we had missed doing something central to our benefit or the benefit of someone else. There are times when we’ve listened to such an urging, only to learn that listening made a difference and was important.

Your sixth-sense is your inner guide. Learn to trust it. It may be scary at first, and it may appear to lack logical sense, but you will soon discover it does make sense. Steps for One Type of an Energy Detection Technique

  1. Sit in a relaxed position. Place your non-dominant hand over the photo of the living person, palm facing upward in an attitude of receptivity. Now give some thought to the person. Remember to be mindful of your breath. You don’t have to look at the photo, but rather, feel the thoughts of the person as the thoughts begin to emanate. Record what memories come to mind, what feelings you sense inside and outside of your body. Can you see what that person is wearing? Do you hear the voice? What is the person saying? Is there a smell present? Or, are you aware of a color? Write everything down that presents itself to you. Information is connected to the spirit’s energy. There is no right or wrong in this process.
  2. When you are ready, go through the same process with the second photograph—the photograph of the deceased person. Again, give an easy and gentle thought to him or her, and just allow yourself to be a receptacle for receiving whatever comes. Sense the energy of the picture, and visualize the individual. Take notes of all that is presented. Take notes about what you learn about them, and most importantly, tune into his or her energy. Release any desire to fixate on any particular thing or memory. Just breathe, and gently focus on sensing the energy there.
  3. Now take time to write down the unique differences between the energy and feeling of the deceased person versus the living person. The feeling may be slight, but trust that your subconscious self has fully grasped this difference. Your conscious self may not be so attentive and may need more time and practice in order to become aware.

Practicing this technique is a valuable gateway for opening yourself to spirit energies. Repeat this exercise several times. When you become more adept, try adding photographs of people you don’t know, living and deceased. Consider well-known leaders, athletes, and other influential people. Emotional Trauma Build Up?

Are you dealing with pain from past? Sometimes we have unresolved and painful emotions that we need to face head-on. Doing so, ultimately brings us peace of mind and harmony not only with this person, issue or event but it’s also essential to maintaining mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health and well-being. Hiding, burying, denying emotional pain compounds the matter and the unresolved emotion only resurfaces, albeit in time, much stronger. This toxicity can manifest as insomnia, hostility, and anger, or fear and anxiety.

Further, it’s essential to learn how to process these feelings of anger and fear lest you internalize these highly charged emotions and falsely begin believing the issue were your fault. Guilt is one these single most destruction and worthless emotions depleting not only our spiritual life force but impacting our physical and emotional selves through feelings of exhaustion, apathy, and ultimately depression.

Metabolize Trauma and Pain in 7 Steps

Pain is a very normal part of life. Suffering however, is not. So, knowing how to deal with and process pain is the doorway to stopping the toxic, turmoil filled emotions. When you learn how to process, deal and cope with pain, the suffering ceases to be. It’s that simple

  1. WHERE IS THE PAIN IN MY BODY?

In a comfortable, upright and seated position, with your bare feet on the ground, soften your gaze. Pay attention to your breath. Breathe in and out, drawing your attention inward. Be with the silence and be thoughtless.

Next, recollect an incident or situation in the recent past that brought you concern, upset or even anger. Perhaps some spoke harshly to you. Were you mistreated? A disagreement or injustice with a friend or family member or coworker? Bring this memory to the forefront and identify every aspect of it.

Take some time now to hone into the details about this emotion filled incident. In your minds’ eye, picture the event unraveling. What were the specific course of events? What were you wearing? Where were you? Who was near? What were they wearing? What do you hear? As if you were a newspaper reporter, recall as vividly as possible, all the details. As you are doing this you are an observer of this event, disengaged from it, and reporting from a neutral perspective. Resist going into the emotion of the event. You are not the event, the argument, or the emotion you see. Rather, you are purely a bystander or witness. You might imagine you are watching a movie in a movie theatre. In your meditative space you have a unique vantage point of calm, disengaged observation only. You cannot be pulled into the drama and intensity of the emotions.

Now then, begin to identify exactly what you are feeling. If you could describe the incident and what you are experiencing in one word, what would that be? Think for a moment and be as clear, succinct and precise as possible as you search for the word. Are you feeling disrespected? Victimized? Dishonored? Embarrassed? Disappointed? Give the emotion or feeling you hold a name that accurately describes this poignant and painful experience. Once you have found this word, focus absolute attention on that word. Say it out loud three times.

  1. BE AN OBSERVER OF THE PAIN AND THE RELATED EXPERIENCE

Next, bring your attention inward to your physical body, releasing all thoughts or concerns about the world around you for the time being. Make an agreement with your subconscious self that you’ll back to all that later. Notice any physical sensations inside or outside your body as you have identified the emotion.

The perspective you hold in your mind and the literal physical sensation in the body, coupled, are essentially ‘emotion.’ They come hand in hand, collectively. They are one. So, this is why we use the term feeling — because we feel emotions in our physical body.

Let your attention pass through your body as you’re recalling this experience. Locate the sensations the memory brings up. For many it’s a pressure in the chest or a sensation of tightness in the gut. Some feel it as pressure in their throat. Find where it is in your body that you’re feeling and holding the emotional experience.

  1. COMMUNICATE THE EMOTION

Did you know that when you verbally express, you release the feeling? We’ll do that now. Vocalize and express that feeling. Rub your hands together for a few moments and then place them on the part of your body where the feeling is emanating from. Say it out loud: “It hurts here. I feel pain here.” There might be more than one location. If so, put your hands on each part of your body in pain. With your hands resting at each location, take a moment to inhale and exhale and then restate what you’re feeling and say out loud, “It hurts here. I feel pain here.”

Understand that your body and every cell of your body knows when you feel pain. Do your best to make peace with, embrace or even befriend these sensations. Believe it or not there is wisdom, learning and forward momentum in the experience of pain. It is leading you to broader, richer and more whole you. This experience physical discomfort through pain is telling you something is unbalanced in your life experience — physically, mentally, or spiritually.

You might also consider expressing your feelings through writing or journaling to find even more release and resolve of this emotion.

 

  1. STATE OUT LOUD, “I AM TAKING OWNERSHIP.”

Understand that your pain equates to your feelings. In essence, pain equals emotional feelings. These emotions and feelings are taking place in your body as remember the pain, even though nothing is taking place in the material world. In your recalling, your body is however reacting with real physiological process like muscle contractions, hormonal secretions, and other literal physical sensation – again just b/c of memory recall! What’s more, even when the painful incident was occurring in the material world (not by recall as we are doing today) the effect was entirely within you. So, this lets you begin to understand that you have more control than you realize. You literally have a choice in how you interpret and respond to emotional turbulence. As you begin to make this recognition and awareness, you begin to take ownership and responsibility for your feelings.

What to do next: Let go of any guilt feelings about this. Rather, recognize your ability to respond to painful situations in a new way. By taking ownership for your feelings, you can also gain the power to make the pain melt away. You’re no longer blaming anyone else for having caused the pain, so you no longer must depend on anyone else to make it go away. Resonate in this new understanding for the next few moments.

  1. RESOLVE AND RELEASE THE EMOTION NOW

Go back to the part of your body where you’re holding pain. Gaze here, hold your energy and focus here for a few moments. Breathe in and breathe out. With every exhale, image breathing out the pain. Visualize the pain as a mist, give it a color and watch it dissipate up and away. Stay in this very powerful sacred space for several moments and you focus with clear and deliberate intention to feel the pain release and leave your body. You might notice a wave of emotion release, tears, vibration or tingling in your body. You might notice a spontaneous verbal releasing…a guttural sound or audible tone of some kind. This is the pain releasing through sounds of expression. Others may need to get up and move, bend over and let their head and body hang, stretch or even dance. This is perfectly fine and is more release through physical movement. If you took time to release by written expression, it’s perfectly reasonable, and even considered a powerful kind of emotional release ritual to burn the paper and offer the ashes to the earth, wind or water.

  1. CELEBRATE WITH YOUR PEEPS

We have our support group of family and friends for a reason. When you share the outcome of this power exercise of releasing your pain you are literally activating a new pattern of behavior on the heels of the old painful pattern being released.

You might even imagine speaking to the person who was involved in that original painful incident. What would you say to that person now? Do keep in mind that he/she was really not the true cause of your pain. The true cause was your response.

Now, having transformed and released, you are liberated and set free so you can share with others without blame, manipulation, or seeking approval.

  1. REST YOUR HEAD IN PEACE OF MIND

Most importantly, take some time to celebrate the painful experience was the very thing that helped you move to a higher state of being and transform into this new level of consciousness.

Rather than responding to the situation with a pain reflex which served to only perpetuate the problem, you’ve created an opportunity for spiritual transformation. That is indeed something to celebrate! Take some ‘me time’!

Remember that you can repeat this exercise whenever you feel upset to free yourself from emotional turmoil and the underlying pain.
