Raise Your Frequency and Find Your Passion

What You Think and How You Vibe, Matters

Everything in the universe has its own vibration. For instance, the Earth’s magnetic frequency resonates at 7.83 hertz. Earth’s frequency of 7.83 hertz has benefits on people, promoting rejuvenation, grounding, balance, enhanced memory, and more. People themselves have their own frequency as well. A person whose frequency is vibrating low likely has more negative characteristics such as low self-esteem, jealousy, fear, and anxiety. A person who is vibrating high will likely exhibit confidence, a sense of empathy, courage, and resilience. One’s frequency can waver throughout the day as energy is continually changing. However, it is essential to know how to raise and maintain a high frequency to allow manifestations to happen.

One of the reasons some people experience difficulties when it comes to manifesting their dreams is because they are not maintaining a high vibration for a long enough duration. Thus, elements of fear and uncertainty sweep in, conflicting with that person’s genuine desire to attain their goals. Luckily, there are several ways to raise one’s frequency and maintain it.

Get Out in Nature

Most people spend several hours, if not all day, communicating with other people. Take a break from work and city life. A nature walk or hike will be very beneficial for those aspiring to raise their frequency. Be sure to connect with animals and children as they help us to be fully present and in the moment! Feeling rushed to complete assignments, meet deadlines, and take care of responsibilities can create stress. This stress is, many times, linked to one’s anxiety. These debilitating emotions lower one’s frequency, making it harder for them to think clearly. Being out in nature allows people to experience more quiet alone time. This time also allows for introspection and reflection.

Remove Toxic Relationships

A toxic relationship will significantly hinder a person’s frequency. Many times people take on the energy that is in their environment. This energy can come from people who might have toxic habits such as gossiping, complaining, over-indulging, etc. Aside from peer pressure, there is also an energetic exchange involved when surrounding one’s self with people who are also vibrating lower. To raise frequency, self-love should always be maintained, which means that a person does not subject themselves to lesser treatment from anyone.

Eat Lighter

Some people attest to feeling heavy and tired after they eat a heavy meal or certain fatty foods. These foods also translate into a person’s spiritual and mental well-being. It’s essential to consume foods that are nourishing to one’s body, mind, and soul. Preferably, foods that come from the Earth.

Get Passionate About Something!

For many people, having a great job, a loving family and supportive friends are the embodiment of a great life. For other people, that’s just not enough because they feel there’s a piece missing. Many hobbyists have passions that go beyond their daily lives but which are reserved for only them. It’s their “me” time. In today’s day and age, there are countless ways to reach out to other like-minded individuals who share the same passions, giving people a sense of inclusion and community that humans hold so dear. The problem for many people is that they don’t know how to seek out a passion. Many experts agree that the trouble lies in searching with your brain instead of your heart.

Being passionate about something is a feeling. It isn’t necessarily logical. It’s something that brings enjoyment and pleasure. To try to calculate a hobby logically is an almost pointless exercise, just like asking friends their opinion on what they think you would be interested in. Only you know in your heart what you are truly passionate about.

If you don’t know where to begin, you can start by asking yourself a series of questions to try to narrow down the options. Ask yourself if there has been a consistent theme throughout your life, something you have always found yourself gravitating towards. Ask yourself what your ultimate fantasy would be, assuming money was not an option. Ask your friends how they would describe you since their answers might offer clues about your personality and perhaps provide a new perspective that you aren’t seeing. On the flip side, ask yourself what people tend to seek your advice about. Are you the go-to computer expert or sewing master?

Some people find their passion through a strong desire to help others or make a difference. Is there anything you see that makes you so enraged or upset that you feel an irresistible urge to do something to fix it? Some people are not satisfied with donating money or attending rallies, they feel a strong need to dive in and personally do their part to make the world a better place.

Think about any skills that come naturally to you, such as drawing or baking. These might be great jumping-off points for hobbies or even a side hustle. Not all hobbies need to be non-profitable, although that shouldn’t be the motivation. In an ideal world, everybody would get paid for doing the job they are most passionate about.

Putting it all Together

Sometimes it’s easier said than done! Still want some guidance on the path for you? Take a look at my podcast, the Intuitive Hour: Awaken Your Inner Voice where I teach you to tap into your intuitive knowing. As you access your higher self … your psychic self, these answers come to you in clarity.

The Power of Your Breathing

Atem is the German word for breathing. It is derived from Sanskrit word “ayāma,” meaning to extend or draw out. The breath is formless. Meaning, it is not an object, has no shape, nor is it tangible. This is why being aware of how you breathe is one of the best ways to bring space into your life.

Breathing is often said to be one of the most subtle and seemingly insignificant phenomena. It was Nietzsche who remarked it is the ‘least thing’ that makes up the ‘best happiness.’

Being aware of how you breathe propels you into the present moment and it is the doorway to inner transformation. Why? Because when you are conscious of how you breathe, you become present and are led to higher consciousness.

It isn’t possible to think and be fully aware of and present with your breathing. Try it now. You will see that conscious breathing stops the mind but not to the extent that you are moved into a daze, but rather to a heightened alertness.

Giving attention to your breathing, even if only for a few seconds, creates gaps of space – pockets of peace of mind where incessant thinking ceases to be. In time, the gaps increase on their own and we discover inner space more consistently.

Be aware of your breathing right now. Can you feel the sensation of your breath? Feel the air moving in and out of your lungs and body. Notice how your chest rises and falls with each breath.

Just one conscious breath – a breath taken with mindfulness – is enough to make space, when in moments before, there was relentless mind chatter and thought, one after the other after the other. Breathing brings this to a standstill. A few conscious breaths at various moments in your day will bring space into your life. It replaces thinking.

Breathing occurs naturally and gracefully and should not feel like work. The deeper intelligence in the body is the driving force. All you have to do, as you become more aware of it, is to watch it happen. Notice the gentle pause as your out-breath moves to its end, just prior to taking a breath inward again.

Many of us unknowingly have very shallow breath. This is not our natural way of breathing. The more you are aware of your breathing, you begin to re-establish your breathing at a natural depth and full expansion.

Try this to find stillness:

  1. When you notice you are constantly thinking, feeling rushed, anger, tension, grief, or even a compulsive need (smoking, drinking, TV watching, overeating) of some kind, simply stop and take three breaths. This instantly generates presence and awareness. Can you feel the subtle sense of aliveness rush through your entire body as you do this?
  2. Then, for a few minutes, be aware of the low vibration emotion itself (or compulsive urge) as an energy field inside you. Consciously feel that emotion or the compulsive need to physically or mentally take part in the compulsive behavior. Be an observer of it, watch it. Seeing it as separate from you releases its power over you as you come to realize it is not you.
  3. Then take a few more conscious breaths. You may feel the emotion or compulsive urge disappear. You might feel the emotion is still there and you can’t help but feel it. This is okay. Don’t make it into a problem. Rather, make the emotion a part of your awareness and practice observing it as mentioned above.  As awareness of the emotion grows and as you see it as not you, but separate from you, in time it will weaken and disappear.

Most people are so distracted by their thoughts they can no longer feel the aliveness that their breathing brings. So then, the bridge delivering them to their innate wellbeing escapes them. Whenever you can, whenever it comes to mind in your day, center on your breathing. It is more spiritually transformative than any book, course, coaching or learning of any kind. And, the expense is nil, save for a few priceless moments of time.

However, if you are feeling overwhelmed and need help with your breath work, then bring conscious breathing into your life with my Summer Stillness Special.

Was It a Mistake or Not?

Are you feeling at peace with your choices? Do you feel like you’re second-guessing yourself regarding a decision or choice you made about your life? Do you feel like a choice you’ve made was a mistake? How do we take seeming mistakes or bad choices and view them through the lens of necessary, positive and even divinely brought? Step into your true voice and release your critical voice as you consider these questions:

  • Whose idea was it that it was a bad choice?

Do you really believe this was a bad choice or did someone tell you it was? Take a moment now to think of a time when you or someone you know made a choice and despite the opinions of naysayers, stuck with it. In essence, they trusted their own gut and the choice subsequently turned out perfectly fine or even better than fine.

The lesson here perhaps is that there will always be someone who will say things should have been different. Resist accepting someone else’s darker cloak about the choice unless you believe that too.

  • Was this the best choice you could have made at the time?

There is a good chance it was. Consider the choice of marriage at an early age that didn’t last. Often a 20 year old doesn’t know what they might at 40 years old. Regardless, we always do the best we can at each juncture in our lives.

What’s more, you know your choice was the best one you could have made because it was the choice you made at that time. A Course in Miracles teaches that, ‘’your choices are honorable because they’re your own.” Love yourself to the extent that, even if it was not the best choice, it was your choice. There is no shame in putting your best foot forward even if you feel you somehow fell a bit short. You gave it your best shot in the moment with what you had. Find peace with that knowing.

  • What good has come out of the choice?

Consider the good that has or might come about as a result of the choice. Even if you thought it was a minus at the time, ask yourself how you can turn it into a plus now. Maybe you grew from this? Nothing is entirely bad. In all good there is bad and in all bad there is good. Have a little fun and reframe the experience. Extrapolate what good came of it or what good may come of it going forward. Ask yourself, “Is there is any way possible this can work in my favor?”

  • What did you learn?

If you learned something, then there is no possible way it was a bad choice. In the words of Eckhart Tolle, “Any action is often better than no action, especially if you have been stuck in an unhappy situation for a long time. If it is a mistake, at least you learn something, in which case it’s no longer a mistake. If you remain stuck, you learn nothing.”

In essence, the benefit of what you learned far outweighed the burden of the seeming poor choice. You might have felt you lost in some way yet on a deeper level you gained tenfold in wisdom – a priceless education.

  • What part of you is saying this was a mistake?

That part of your mind that thinks the choice was bad or a mistake is pure ego. The very intelligent Universe however knows exactly how this seeming mistake fits in perfectly. This experience would not have been brought to you if you were not needing it. As it is so aptly been said, “your arms are too short to box with God.”

Some of our thoughts are more than mere thoughts. They are messages from a higher source – guidance. Maybe you’ve stepped into an elevator on your way to work or on a trip and you suddenly feel lower vibrations feelings of annoyance for no reason. You may be tuning into the negative energy of someone near you who is annoyed! You are an energetic spiritual being having a human experience. Because of this, it is common that your body receives lower energies coming from others.

A Prayer of Protection is a great tool to help you ensure only your pure positive energy is in your space. It will also release and return other’s energy back to them with care and grace. Energy protection is as natural and necessary as eating, sleeping and drinking. It acts as a powerful force that wraps you with love and grace, helping you to be better prepared as you embark upon your day.

As you move forward on your spiritual path, you begin to understand and become more aware of the energies around you. It is helpful to establish filters or boundaries as you make the conscious choice to keep your pure positive essence within your space.

Remember, protection is an ongoing, constant process. It’s not something done once. Your awareness of having protection in place throughout your days is essential. Learn more about the necessity of protection.

5. Connect with Your Heart Chakra

When you notice feelings of overwhelm and stress, when you feel pulled in many directions or when tough decisions are presenting at once, make time to tune into your heart space. Your heart space is the captain of affinity. It is the center of your deepest feeling-self, far beyond just an anatomical organ that pumps blood. Here you find ultimate peace, love and light. Tune into it often!

Try this:

In a meditative space, deep breathe for several minutes and go within. Travel behind your heart space. This is where your own unique soul signature is. Connect to this special space by just putting your attention as well as your intention here.  Breathe in and breathe out with your soul signature from here for a few minutes.

You should now feel revived, calm and able to tackle any challenge today. Use this heart space centering tool regularly to link with the source of your deepest awareness in its purest form.

The Secret to Manifesting Your Desires

What’s Your New Year’s Resolution?

With the New Year upon us, we feel the natural energy of “out with the old, in with the new.” For many of us that means a compelling desire to create resolutions.

Are you determined to lose weight?

Is there a long overdue desire to stop smoking or even drinking?

Have you set the commitment to get that daily exercise in?

Perhaps you want to save some money and make better financial choices?

Do any of these resonate with you? You might find these are the same resolutions you make each year. While such decrees are wonderful steps forward filled with good intentions, they may only be focusing on an outside fix to solve an inner vibrational misalignment.

Here’s the secret: Instead of just changing the color of the shutters, it’s time to renovate the dwelling from the inside out. The secret to unlocking a life of peace and fulfillment is to focus on your inner self – a commitment to loving, accepting and embracing yourself as the perfect being you are.

As long as you are looking outside of yourself to make life better, you’re going about it the wrong way. Make friends and find peace with who you are right now and then the doors to your desires will open. Your successful New Year’s resolution begins with loving you first – fully and completely.

The first spiritual technique you can learn to help you create and manifest what you want is meditation. It helps quiet your mind of racing thoughts.

The reason this technique is so powerful is that when racing thoughts are storming through your mind, you will find yourself pulled in many directions why not try this out. Racing thoughts can lead you to confusion and make you feel you are spinning your wheels.

Meditation helps you gain clarity and what I call “a quiet mind” to help filter in thoughts of peace and acceptance.

Along with meditation, you can also learn how to ground your energy, and learn about running energy.

Ready to start learning the foundation for creating and manifesting your deepest desires this year?

Psychic Development Training: How to Create Your Powerful Sacred Psychic Space

What Is a Sacred Psychic Space?

In any kind of spiritual Psychic Development Training or healing work and especially in your psychic development you’ll want a space that is sacred, all yours. It is void of the on goings of the busy outside world. It is a sanctuary you can go to quiet your mind, to rejuvenate your energy and spiritual life force. A place where you can connect with your Higher Self, the Heavens and your soul self.

Psychic Development and the Importance of a Sacred Psychic Space

It’s good practice to create space for ourselves both mentally and physically. A break from the noise, business and chatter from the world in order to maintain our balance is a must-do. Your spirit growth flourishes when it is honored with a place you can visit to quiet your mind, renew your energy, and commune with the heavens and your soul.

Today, during the hustle and bustle of your life, consider creating a sacred space in your home. This space is dedicated to your spiritual time and work.

How to Create a Sacred Space

Spend some time thinking about what makes a space sacred to you. Is it time alone? A special location? Or a place with meaning and history? To create a space that is special and sacred only to you, think about what you want to do or have to consider a space sacred. Once you are ready, begin with these essential tips:

  • A sacred space can be built out of anything or established in any space. You can add a screen to an unused corner or clear out a closet.  Chose a place where you know you won’t be disturbed or bothered. So long as the room or nook is a place where you can reflect, be quiet, think, go inside yourself and get centered, it will work.
  • A sacred space can also be a simple as a decorated windowsill or dresser top with things of meaning only to you. It is also possible to create a portable space by filling a box with objects meaningful to you that you can take somewhere and be alone.
  • To make a space really work for you, it will be necessary to pay special attention to the sounds, smells, and colors you should add to your space. Choose colors that bring your energy into balance, fragrances that soothe your senses, and sounds that bring you into harmony with your spirit.
  • The choice of lighting will also be important. Lighting sets the tone for a room. Bright lighting can be welcoming or energizing, awakening your mind to possibilities ahead and low lighting can trigger relaxation and calming at days end.
  • Don’t forget to include adding spots of nature in your space. Whatever your style, plant life and natural elements form a connection that will enhance the affect of your sacred space. The more hectic your life, the more you need an infusion of nature.
  • The shape of your sacred space is also important. It may seem simplistic, but use circular furniture if you want movement or vibrancy in your space; use square furniture if you want to relax or be still. Creating your own sacred space can be energizing and fulfilling—a safe place in which to escape and re-energize. Let me know where you find your space and how your decoration have served to heal your soul.

Decorating Your Sacred Psychic Space

Decorate your sacred space just so, if you care to. If you’re fortunate enough to have a whole room, that’s great, but if not, is there a corner or certain area within a room that you can dedicate to being your sacred space? It is uniquely yours and only you are permitted here.

Blue, purple and clear gems or crystals are known to clarify thoughts and deepen the meditative state. Purple gemstones in particular are powerful energy tools for those seeking spiritual balance and harmony. By surrounding yourself with purple, you will more readily bring in ease and peace of mind. Purple crystals are known to be useful in meditation as they assist you in bringing you deeper into a focused state. Purple crystals also support you in opening your third eye and crown chakra, supporting your enlightenment and accessing your truest purpose.

Himalyan salt lamps not only bring in a wonderful soft glow light source but they also act as an air purifier for your sacred space. These powerful salt lamps give a warm amber glow. You can change the color of the bulb to give a different hue to the lighting area, providing a nice natural touch your sacred space. When the lamp is on it emits negative ions that fight against positively charged particles that cause you to feel stuffy and sluggish. The lit salt crystal clears the air naturally of allergens like smoke, pet dander, pollens, and other air pollutants. Check out these Himalayan salt lamps in my metaphysical store.

Psychic Development Training

In meditation, our posture embodies dignity, so we meet the moments of meditation sitting upright, with dignity, honoring that space. Your sacred psychic space works similarly. Though there may be areas of clutter in other areas of your home, your sacred space should be honored with cleanliness. The clutter-free space is part of what lends to the dynamic energy in it. Since you will retreat here often, why not? What’s more, over time, you’ll find that you can move right into clarity, ease, peace and equanimity swiftly because the energy of the room has been primed from hours of meditation or spiritual work. The energy of this sacred space has a memory that stays within the room.

Remember, this is a place to go when not only when you are feeling tense, disconnected, or a bit of balance. It is also a place to go when you are feeling at peace yet desire to maintain that in your daily life. Think of this space as a choice and a step toward honoring you and your soul self. It is a gift to you.

Sacred Psychic Space & The Earth Elements Matter

You will learn in psychic development training that according to the Buddha, the element of fire is “that by which one is warmed, ages, and is consumed, and that by which what is eaten … gets completely digested.” Meaning, the element of fire within us is metabolism. It’s our power, strength and energy. My own sacred space includes the element of fire as well as water, earth and wind. Candles are a great way to bring in the element of fire. Be sure to consider the earth elements of water, air, and earth as well!

Consider adding wood as a grounding tool to this space. The element of wood in known to nourish growth and creativity. Wood is the most effective of the earth elements to bring personal growth, intuition and creativity! Does and image of statue of Buddha resonate with you? Consider a Buddha wood sculpture.

Psychic Medium Shares the Importance of Mind-Body Connection Using the Elements of the Earth

Psychic Development Includes Your Body!

In your psychic development, your mind isn’t the only recipient of emotional signals; your body is used as a vehicle for receiving emotional messages too. The modern world keeps you focused on left-brain activities and skills. So it may take some time to become reacquainted with your emotional side. You will need to make a special effort to watch for signals emanating from your body and those generated through your thoughts. Welcome each signal by allowing it to form and then flourish.

Body Balance and the Elements of the Earth

As you know, spiritual growth embodies body, mind, and spiritual wholeness and balance. Using your body we will embrace and bring forward this wholeness. Learning to love your body is essential as you develop your intuitive self.  As a former professional cyclist, reaching a high level of physical well-being and strength included consistent training, smart rest and recovery, and balanced nutrition. That said, there was never ever anything in my training regimen more profound and necessary than the spiritual practices of connecting with the earth element as well as deep meditations and visualizations I’m sharing today. I use these tools in my daily life and I hope you too might find some ways to incorporate them into your life journey as you pursue body wellness.

It is a popular belief that everything is connected. Our bodies are a dynamic, miracle-like vessel intertwined with the elements of the earth. This deep connection is not any different than any natural human expression within the perfect completion of nature. Today, pick one of the exercises below and take whatever amount of time feels right to you in connecting with the earth elements. Do all of them if you feel so inspired! Ask yourself, “What does body balance mean to me?” Having done the exercise/s, in what ways do you find you are most connected with your body and/or the elements of the earth?

Elements of the Earth, Dating Back

It was the ancient Greeks, around the time of 450 BC, who believed there were four elements and that everything  of this world was made up of: earth, water, air, and fire. This theory was later supported by Aristotle who interestingly believed there was even a fifth element, aether. He suggested this new element as it seemed strange to him that the stars would be made out of earthly elements. Today, Aristotle would be ever surprised to realize that stars are in fact made up of many elements found on earth.

The idea that these four elements of the earth made up all matter was a foundation of philosophy, science, and medicine for thousands of years. It was believed that all visible things on are planet are made up of some combination of earth, water, air, and fire. In fact, the four elements do align with the four states of matter that modern science has agreed are: solid (earth), liquid (water), gas (air), and plasma (fire).

Connecting with the Earth

  • Dance with your bare feet to your favorite song.
  • Play in the dirt, or sand and make mud pies or build sand castles.
  • Grow an herb garden or flower garden.
  • Bring nature inside your home: find some favorite rocks, sea shells or wood and place it near your place of rest.
  • Meditate or have lunch sitting up against a tree.
  • Take that hike you’ve been putting off.
  • Go on a walk or a jog this evening.

Connecting to Water

  • Go for a swim. Relax, laying face up, just above the surface of the water and float. Breathe and become one with the water.
  • Gather water from the sea, river or pond with your palms.
  • Take a walk in the rain.
  • Drink water, use essential oils or milk and honey to purify, cleanse and nurture yourself and your body.
  • Put your feet in a creek or river.
  • Take a nurturing bath.
  • In your shower today, let the healing and rejuvenating energy of the water embrace you.

Connecting with Fire

  • Have a BBQ with friends and family.
  • Watch a sunset and wallow in the true brilliance of the sun.
  • Light a candle during your meditation today.
  • Fire is spark and aliveness for our soul. Do something spontaneous; search within for your true purpose and unleash it; set a new goal or complete a task you’ve been meaning to finish.
  • Draw colorful flames, and as you draw be present with the life source that the element of fire gives.
  • Competitive sport inspires and stimulates the spark of the element of fire in our lives. Join the sport or activity you have an affinity for.
  • Find something that you’re a little afraid of doing and do it anyway. As the late Susan Jeffers said, “Feel the fear and do it anyway.”

Connecting with Wind/Air

  • Take a stroll on your bike through the park or down a nearby trail…feel the wind!
  • Plan that sailing trip.
  • Open the windows in your home or office to create air flow and clear the air.
  • Air and wind is not always in motion. It can be still. In this way, it becomes an invisible provider of life to our lungs. Give attention to your breath today. Inhale and exhale slowly five times. Notice how just one conscious breath centers your soul. Even blowing out something or blowing something clean can bring this still air alive.
  • Burn some incense or smudge your home with sage.
  • Is there a motorcycle ride you’ve been putting off?
  • Do anything that connects you will the gale wind forces!

We all know the importance of drinking plenty of water, get good sleep, and exercise daily. Make these things a priority – they are must-dos. The care and attention you give to maintaining a healthy mind-body balance will serve to enhance your psychic awareness. As you take care of your body you will begin to notice a difference in your mental acuity. It is very difficult for a higher power to be housed in an unhealthy vessel. Take care of your body because it really is the temple of your soul. There is a solid relationship between a healthy body and the link with your higher power.

The soothing effect of essential oils has long been used in religious ceremonies to elevate the mind and unlock emotions. Pure essential oils are ideal for enhancing your spiritual practice when you use these meditative essential oils to diffuse or inhale directly. Sacred Frankincense™ essential oil comes from the distillation of the resin of the Boswellia sacra frankincense tree. This oil is ideal for those who wish to take their spiritual journey and meditation experiences to a higher level. Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.

Emotional Wellness

Essential oils have the ability to directly access and affect the brain’s limbic region, the center of emotion and memory. Many oils can be used to create a positive emotional state, help soothe grief, create an environment of relaxation at the end of a long day, and much more. These pure essential oils are uniquely able to bring emotional balance where less pure oils may not. Joy™ essential oil is a blend of Young Living’s most inviting oils, formulated to invite a sense of romance, bliss, and warmth when diffused. With Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Jasmine, Palmarosa, and Rose essential oil, Joy oil has a fresh, floral aroma with notes of citrus from the essential oils of Bergamot, Lemon, and Tangerine. Joy essential oil blend is perfect for diffusing or applying topically.

Psychic Development Body Centering Guided Meditation: Physical Body Grounding with Mother Earth

Find an outdoor location that at feels comfortable to you. If sounds of nature are around you, all the better! Try to pick a place where any other daily noise is not present. Take your shoes of and connect your bare feet with the earth. Notice any sensations or vibrations as you do this. This exercise is an essential part of you daily routine as you connect to your body and become in tune with your higher self.

Give attention to your breath. Breathe in deeply in through your nose, hold for a moment, and then release your breath slowly through your mouth. Your long, slow steady breathing is of importance. Repeat this several times. On each breathe feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper into your physical body.

There are two tiny chakras located in the center of your feet. See them beginning to expand and open fully to the energy of the earth. Feel the chakras connect to the earth beneath them, as if they are one. Are there any sensations presenting?

Take a moment now, and put your third eye to work. You’ve learned about your Reading Screen. So, set it out now if you like and ground it to the center of the earth. On your Reading Screen, imagine a magnificent, deeply rooted, ancient tree. Make the tree many feet wide and as high up in the sky as you can see. Visualize it towering with grace and beauty high above.

Now, become one with this magnificent and pure embodiment of Mother Earth. See yourself unite with it as one. You might imagine your arms and legs as the branches extending out with power, grace. What part of the tree have your fingers and toes become? You might make them be the leaves or the roots of the tree. Let your body become the tree trunk of this dynamically graceful and powerful tree. Feel the strength of this move down through your legs, into your feet and through your feet into the floor or ground beneath and deep into the earth below.

Say, “I am one with this magnificent tree of Mother Earth.” Feel the deep oneness between your feet and the ground beneath and let it extend deep into the earth below. Notice how strong you feel. Feel the Mother Earth energy flowing through your body and then traveling out to and through your fingers, toes and Crown Chakra.

For the next several minutes, allow this deep, earthly energy to flow. Notice and smells, sounds or images you experience.

Be present with the stillness now. Allow your awareness to focus on the solidness of the joining between your physical body and Mother Earth. There is deep seated living Mother Earth energy flowing through you now as you join with Her through your physical body. Continue to allow the all-encompassing power travel up and out of your body through the Crown Chakra. Notice now the energetic connection between heaven and earth. Realize that you are the creator of this…you are the conduit of life force…the connecting point between them. Can you feel this connection extend to the core of the earth? Can you feel this immenseness move above you to the core of cosmos? Imagine this connection now as a divine golden divine line of light extending from eternity to eternity with you at the center point.

Be fully present with this experience of deep Mother Earth connection and body grounding for the next several minutes. When you feel ready write a few thoughts about how you feel energetically and emotionally right after doing this exercise.
